Julie Mackay - Director
Julie established the Beresford Clinic in 2003. Originally the clinic started with a detox programme for weight loss, but has extended it's menu of treatments to include aesthetics and IPL treatments. Julie is fully trained and qualified in the use of the Pulsar IPL machine, microdermabrasion and peels.

 

Jules Chapman - Clinic Manager
Jules background is finance based having worked in banking for 29 years, and this was her introduction to the Private Healthcare Sector, Jules is the manager of the Clinic. Jules holds qualifications which allows to advise on all aspects of skincare, a role which is valuable in the Clinic, and also on the telephone. As part of her role Jules liaises with Patients, Consultants, Doctors and Practitioners she also carries out IPL Hair removal, Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel treatments

Mr Vikram Devaraj MB Ch.B FRCS (Plast).
Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon, Surgery of the Hand. Since qualifying in1982, he went on to specialise in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, dermatology, skin cancers/ melanoma.Facial and breast cosmetic surgery and Liposuction.

 

Dr Baljit Kalsi  MBChB BSc (Hons) MRCGP – General Practitioner
As a GP since 1993, graduating from Edinburgh University Medical School.  Having a wide experience in all aspects of General Practice, his experience and expertise ranges from performing minor operations, building patient relationships in his day to day consultations, with extensive training in Wrinkle Relaxing Injections (Botox) and Dermal fillers. 

 

Dr James Willis BDS Hons (U Brist) – Dentist
Dr James Willis is a cosmetic dentist who has been providing facial treatments for over fifteen years, specialising in Teeth Whitening, Dental Inplants and Invisalign, with lip enhancements being his forte.  He is a member of the International Academy of Advanced Facial Aesthetics.  His gentle assured manner makes him especially popular with nervous and new clients

 

Jackie Taylor - RGN
Jackie is a qualified registered nurse. She trained at guy's hospital in London in the year 2000. She is an Aesthetic practitioner who performs dermal fillers, Wrinkle relaxing injections and facial peels. Jackie is married to a GP with specific interest in dermatology.

 

Helen Edwards RGN, RM, BSc.
Helen is a qualified registered nurse and midwife. She trained at University of Plymouth in the year 2001 . She is an Aesthetic Practitioner who performs dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxing injections.

 

 

Josephine Manton D.O.D.P.O Osteopath.
Josephine a fully qualified Osteopath and Paediatric Osteopath has over 18 years experience.Using a variety of structural and cranial techniques Josephine treats patients of all ages, including babies and children for a range of conditions including paediatric illnesses, sports injuries and common joint and back pain. Josephine ha extensive experience of using osteopathic treatment to facilitate orthopedic orthodontic treatment.

 

Janet Gilbert – Semi-Permanent Make Up/ IPL Specialist.
Janet joined the clinic in 2006. Being trained in Semi-Permanent Make Up, IPL, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels and NVQ in Beauty Therapy. Specialising in Semi-Permanent Make Up and attends on going training to keep updated with new procedures.

 

 

John Greenaway PDC HyP, DNLP, CCBT
Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapis: I use a variety of treatment methods, including counselling, hypnosis and cognitive behavioural, to help my clients re-establish control over their lives and feel better about themselves. The code of conduct I work with ensures total client confidentiality. John holds full Membership with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and has full professional liability cover.

Cert. & Advanced Diploma in Counselling & Groupwork Advanced Diploma in Peron-Centred Counselling. My Certificate in Counselling was gained at Exeter University in 1997, I obtained an RSA Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork Skills at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in 1998 and a Feedback Communications Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling in 1999.

Richard has gained the majority of his marketing experience within the Commercial Property Sector where he worked for 25 years. As part of his role Richard is responsible for answering the email enquiries generated from our websites, together with co-ordinating and converting enquiries into appointments. Richard is also responsible for updating and re-branding of the company, marketing campaigns, public relations and dealing with the media.
